In your private coaching sessions you will create a lasting and sustainable transformation in your relationship to not just food, but lifestyle changes that impact your long-term health results.
The first sessions are meant to be done over consecutive weeks. The second set of sessions is meant to be done every other week, to give you a chance to implement sustainable changes on your own and get coaching in between.
This package includes:
One (1) Initial Consult & Health History @90 minutes
Choice of 3 (three) , 5 (five) or 7 (seven) Additional Sessions @ 45 minutes each, focusing on Diet, Rest, Stress Management, Detox and Appropriate Exercise.
Before & after nutritional assessments
Dietary template with personalized suggestions OR therapeutic diet where appropriate
Weekly food journal review
Personalized recommendations for functional lab testing review (if needed)*
